Btw an interesting thing about fights. He said he never shied away from fights, and fighting wasn't about size and strength, but about character. And his character was such that he always was ready to fight.

But now he understands that his game is to score goals and not to fight with other players. But if people need him to go and fight he will go and fight. I doubt anybody will demand him to become a goon, though...

It's hilarious that the first MAYBE consistent star level guy they have had since Giroux is already going to have to face questions about attitude or whatever nonsense

Riiiigghhhtttt. Like how Provorov was such a difficult player because every season in his career he played for a dogshit franchise - and wanted out.

Briere was on Mike Misanelli's podcast this week. (I am once again asking why Keith Jones was hired when Briere is fully capable of doing PR hits)

- They asked Michkov why he was moved around so much last year. They had heard some rumblings about his character, why he was tough on teammates. Michkov admitted he made some mistakes, he was young, wants to win more than anybody, and doesn't accept when people are not working hard. Players who knew him confirmed that he is ultra-competitive.

i still wake up laughing alot, wants to win and REALLY wants to come to philly

He's going to be someone like MacKinnon, who some people blame for assholeness and other praise for great leadership.

I bought the WHL season pass and then nabbed, CHL playoff package, to watch Bedard mostly.
‘then I watched Michkov KHL and his last international showing, Hlinka cup.
yah Bedard is very lethal in offensive zone.
‘Michkov scored a nice Michigan for Sochi, one v Germany, hlinka. Then there were 3 seperate forwards and opponents, he’s back a bit, fires the puck with all this traffic and he buries it. His playmaking is good, he is a high iq, shoot first player.
‘Watching a Philly Chicago game, that would be fun.
‘just implant in Michkovs brain, in 2010, we lost to Chicago Stanley Cup, michkov v Bedard, he would be fired up for that one.

Does anyone know where to kind KHL games for the upcoming season? I've been having trouble.
If you work the Google/reddit machines, you will likely find what you are looking for. Ad blockers are a must though. Most hockey games euro, NA, or international tournaments are streamable if you look for them. DEL, Liiga, SHL, KHL, VHL, etc.

I saw michkov in the MHL 2 years ago using this very method. I saw fantilli on the Chicago Steel 2 years ago also using this method. I also watched michkov on Sochi this year using that method.

MHL games are legally streamed on youtube though, and VHL ones are on youtube too, free KHL streams are illegal, the same as with NHL...

On the other hand there used to be an official KHL broadcaster in NA, and with all the political shit and sanctions I doubt there is still the option nowadays.

There were couple of free youtube KHL streams last season too, but those were more of an emergency thing, as the KHL website got DDoS-ed back then.

In general the only way to watch the KHL legally outside of Russia and other KHL countries was by buying the subscription on the KHL website, however I think it was only possible to be done from a Russian bank account.

So hes the kinda player torts wants...who will argue back and put winning first.

...only if its on Tort's terms tho. Otherwise they gotta ship him out!

i miss hockeystreams.com. Used to have every league, every game, and NHL games would get condensed and saved to rewatch. Such an awesome site, that pro sports leagues are incapable of creating themselves.

Funny story. They didn't actually stream anything. They stole those streams from other places.

For example, the reason they stopped having CHL Games was because a group called Made in Canada got tired of them restreaming their stuff and simply shut down. That's also why everyone else stopped having CHL Games. They all just used their streams.

Wow. Thanks for the new perspective.

I'm pretty sure that's what just about everybody does.

No honor among thieves seems to apply pretty well here 😂

Doesn't make Team Russia U23 at the preseason tournament (starts on August, 3rd) in Sochi. Which probably means SKA is going to play him.
