This is exactly what I wanted to post)). At some point in September Lou will announce Chara and Jagr signings and be done with the off-season.IF we Miss out in Gaudreau, bring in Jagr in a PTO. And then resign Chara.
No matter how many times this joke is made, it always makes me laughGaudreau is probably sitting by his pool mulling this over

Hahaha…now that’s funny!Lou accidentally sent JG a contract offer to play for the devils.
Tavares agent confused why he keeps getting contract offers from Lou."Honey what time am I signing with again?" Oh wait wrong John.
That’s what’s interesting, he’s younger and better than Artemi yet the numbers floated are less than PanarinGaudreau is worth atleast what Panarin is worth. And I would take him over Panarin, he would be the Isles best player in quite some to put on an Islanders uniform. Dare I say since Lafontaine. If he costs in the Panarin range I still do it. 10/10
actually that pool saved our assWe don't do well with pools
I guess because there is still some residual impact from the COVID flat cap. Seems that you are seeing costs go up again, but mostly on the middle to upper. Not so much on the top. That's strictly anecdotal observations on my part. I have nothing concrete to back it up.That’s what’s interesting, he’s younger and better than Artemi yet the numbers floated are less than Panarin
here comes Lou conference soon "well we didn't get Johnny but we did get Long Island's own Sonny Milano..Sonny is here with us today, Come out Sonny."
Once I submitted my post I realized after that Panarin was pre Covid.I guess because there is still some residual impact from the COVID flat cap. I've been a big Johnny Hockey fan since he came into the league. I think he does more with less than Panarin, he is an offensive catalyst that improved his D play last year under Sutter. Really if he is even paid 10.5M he's worth that amount. Let's put it this way, he's miles ahread of Tavares impact. This one would be a home run if Lou got him to kiss the ring. That’s what’s interesting, he’s younger and better than Artemi yet the numbers floated are less than Panarin
