Seattle absolutely needs to retain money in any Giordano deal tho
The Rangers don't need anyone to hold money. They can absorb that entire contract. He has 1 year left.

Seattle passed on so many centers, my best guess is that Strome has to be going back. Wonder what the whole deal looks like.Strome for Giordano is awful asset management so hopefully Carp is wrong
Blackwell has no place on this team if he’s not being glued to Panarin and Strome

Them lolOne of our third rounders for Giordano and Blackwell seems fair to me. Who says no?
Giordano is low-key a great fit for us actually
It doesn't mean they should, they can find someone MUCH cheaper to do the same thing
I would look at it as trading for Giordano primarilyPaying to keep Blackwell is...not what I would do
Giordano is cooked. Involving Strome in order to keep Blackwell and acquire him, would be terrible.
Maybe just a counter-rumor to Ottawa being so aloof.
From my understanding they haven't picked him yet and are going to pick someone else if the trade goes throughif the Kraken selects Blackwell they can't trade him to NYR.
would they do a 3 way trade, would this be allowed.
GIVE ME ZADOROVWeird deal with the Rangers and a weird deal with Chicago? We're gonna see the Strome Line out there aren't we
I'm confident Eichel will NOT be a RangerWould that mean another Rangers D is on his way out in an Eichel trade?
But if trades can't be announced until Thursday then how does it work tonight? From my understanding they haven't picked him yet and are going to pick someone else if the trade goes through
