I'd unironically sign the whole Devils 4th line of last year. He, Boqvist, and Bastian, all UFA's tomorrow.
Devils press release on it specifically commented on their arbitration eligibility. Seems like they’re trying to work on deals still with them:
Eight players have not been tendered a qualifying offer, and will now become Unrestricted Free Agents. Those players are as follows:

Nathan Bastian, Jesper Boqvist, Zachary Emond, Jeremy Groleau, Zackary Hayes, Timur Ibragimov, Michael McLeod, Aarne Talvitie.

In the case of Bastian, Boqvist and McLeod, all were RFAs with arbitration rights. The club will look to see if they can sign these players at a different number, avoiding an arbitration case that could result in a higher cost.
McLeod is a pain in the ass and a very strong skater. I’d be good with him depending on the term. I could see him being overpaid

Any chance Rangers sign some of these young UFA?. Kostin, Dolan would be good adds Anderson-Dolan had potential, only 23. Center depth would help. I can see Drury being interested. Would not mind McLeod. Underrated player. Wood would add speed but gets hurt at times. Good player though just prone to injury but would take a chance on that type of player

Anderson-Dolan I would

Brooks has an article with some AHL call up 🔝 options

They better do more than that

he can enjoy Arizona or Anaheim

good thing we have absolutely no room to sign any of these players making it to Free Agency.

I really thought they were buying out Goodrow.
I would not mind MacEwen....he would skate through the end boards and fight anyone when needed and he can play up occasionally if needed . We need a guy with some attitude that can still play and CHEAP . A team of pretty boys simply not good enough for playoffs and if not Zack.....someone similar on a cheap deal please .

He would be a good one.

Can we be cap compliant if we low ball bridge KAM and LAF?

I doubt they go 1 yr. They will likely be 6.5 combined.

The Rangers have a unique opportunity for a young player. The team needs to find one, maybe 2 RWers to play in the top-9 in NY on a contender. They also need a 4C. Those should be attractive opportunities to young kids I would think.

Colin White a free agent again. Finals experience lol

Any chance the Rangers hire Gabriel Perrault’s dad Yanic Perrault to teach the organization to get better at faceoffs?

Letting Mikkola go is going to be sickening to take.
Islanders in Devils might be interested in Tarasenko and Mikkola ( aka our best d man )

How long have you known and been saying this?

In all seriousness, what does Key’s next contract look like?
I can add and do math.

Ive paid attention to the teams trends and respect that they matter even if I don't agree with them

I can do math

I accept that historical actions by people can predict future behavior, especially in business.

I can do math

GMS rarely buyout a player they signed, they usually buyout a player the previous GM signed

I can do math

If losing Mikkola makes you sick, you might need to go see a doctor

Rangers should target younger UFA bargains guys like Anderson-Dolan, Kostin,, maybe a guy like Fischer RW depth. Can the Rangers get 3 of these types for cheap? These 3 would improve the depth that is for sure.
