Radulov for our 2nd this year looks like

no retention

You guys are responding to the guy who said for 6 months straight that the Rangers were in on Eichel and would do what it takes to get him here, including Kakko or Lafreniere in the trade.

He has posted as if he has inside knowledge and has no substance

I’m happy so far with the deadline. Didn’t want to overpay, and didn’t want any of the guys who have been dealt due to expected cost.

I’m still interested in taking Radulov for some sort of payment from Dallas to create cap space and trading for Kessel or Domi to help the 3rd line scoring.

They won’t be perfect acquisitions but they will help spread out some skill and depth scoring at very little cost.

Pittsburgh and Washington haven’t done anything yet. Neither of those teams scare me all that much.

I think with some shrewd moves we could be a real sleeper this year

which was true, but things went another direction fast and is why they extended Mika

If you think NYR wasn't surveying Eichel and in talks with Adams for months and months ever since it was made apparent he wanted out.......then clearly you weren't paying much attention to him and his drama. Which is understandable, because Jack is a goof.

No one said that they werent looking at the situation.

You said that Laf and Kakko were on the table. They weren't. If either of them were, Eichel would be in NY right now.

It's clear as day that they weren't really in serious discussions though.

I'll play the fantasy game.

- Gourde @50% for Chytil, Lundkvist and 2022 #1
- Lehkonen for 2022 #2 and Kravtsov
- DeHann for 2023 #5

Once everyone is healthy for the rest of this season:

Kreider - Zib - Laff
Panarin - Strome - Kakko
Lehkonen - Gourde - Goodrow
Hunt - Rooney - Reaves

Miller - Trouba
Lindgren - Fox
Nemeth/DeHann - Schneider

Next season :

Kreider - Zib - Laff
Panarin - Gourde - Kakko
Lehkonen - Goodrow - Blais
Hunt - Rooney - Reaves
