Adams getting Staios to up his offer with the Rangers as leverage, since Staios is still super butt hurt about NYR ‘tampering’?? Haha

Or probably Peterka’s agent trying to get his name out there and put in motion that he doesn’t want to be in Buffalo long term

I think Drury is going to offer sheet Peterka in the summer once he can unload Kreider/Mika/Panarin whoever. Worked out really well for St. Louis when they offer sheeted Holloway/Broberg.

Still tons of time on the clock to get deals done. There's always a flurry right at the deadline up until about 40 minutes to an hour after.

You need to breakdown the tax against the teams you're playing. (I am not doing that). A straight up calculation on tax % is wrong.

Seems like Rangers over the last few years literally can't get young players. Other teams won't trade with them. We have to trade with teams that have guys with NMCs already so they can say NY or nowhere. Thats my conspiracy of the day.

It's a basic calculation since they're in the same Division, but outter division conference comes into play since I believe it's 3 games, and whether or not you're playing at home or away definitely comes into play. Also, no idea on the signing bonus each team was comfortable going with, and that obviously changes everything.
