Canucks losing 3-0 early...
I would be shocked if JT isn't moved soon. Canucks should make a move before it gets worse.
Agreed. JT's value will continue to plummet and the Canes may look elsewhere. If that happens Rangers might be there only option and why would Drury bid against himself?Reports it may drag to the TDL. Idk how the Canucks can afford that. Rangers/Canes rumors back and forth is reminiscent of Guentzel last year. I think it could be resolved before next week but who knows. Canucks have really bungled it. Drury shouldn’t panic.
Heck, move Kreider and sign Rantanen this offseason and McDavid the next one after Artemi is done with his contract. Thank you cap space.I feel like the Rangers need to move Kreider before they can get JT. Move Kreider’s money and you can take on the full Milker contract, and maybe not have to trade Chytil. I do firmly believe that the team needs that element he brings when it comes to facing off with the other teams top players
Looking at Borgen vs Trouba and how well Kakko has played for Seattle, it looks like Kakko, Seattle, Borgen, NYR all benefited from that trade. Drury looks like a genius with these trades. The steps he took that forced him to pull them, however, not so much.

The kappo thing to me is humorous. He isn't shooting anymore then when he was a Ranger. 23 shots in 15 games is almost exactly half of what he did in 30 games. His shooting percentage is double what he shot as a Ranger. He doesn't have a shot so all his points are assists. Are we going to pretend he is a playmaker now? I am not a gambler but if I was I would put a lot on him not keeping this pace up for long periods of time.Looking at Borgen vs Trouba and how well Kakko has played for Seattle, it looks like Kakko, Seattle, Borgen, NYR all benefited from that trade. Borgen has been such a stabilizing presence that it shouldn’t matter. However, for those who still can’t let go, I recommend you look at the Kakko line’s SH% in SEA. It’s one thing for a player to be shooting at 20-25%, but the whole line? That’s something else. That means their pt totals can halve from their current pace. I’ll let you work out what that looks like over 82gp.The kappo thing to me is humorous. Replace Lindgren with Pettersson
Offload Kreider
Offload Mika
Acquire JT Miller
Bring Berard back up
When Panarin's contract expires don't resign him and use that money for Rantanen or McDavid
Stay away from jt miller. The cost will be prohibitive and right now, all the guys van wants are part of this 10 game resurgence.
55 and 79
72 and 13
The issue isn't moving those guys for
Miller , it's moving 20 and 93 for anything and that's gonna be tough.
Be patient and let van come back to us so we can make them a worse offer than before.
