Tell everyone about the legend of Brett Howden. You tell all 20. Then each of them tell all 20. And so on. Before you know it, the entire tri state area is in uproar demanding Drury re-acquires Howden.

We'll finish like 2nd worst and get screwed in the lottery and end up picking 6th. The lottery has to make up for gifting us the #2 and #1 overall picks.
I'm two glasses of borgendy in, and there's 4 hours left, so good chance it might happen

I keep thinking Columbus for Zibanejad. Cap space. Need for a veteran. He’d fit in well and there is little pressure there. JD knows him well. He’s signed for a good term which will be attractive for a team that doesn’t have great success in UFA. Would Zibanejad waive for a team like Columbus to get a fresh start?
Why would he, or should he. He likes NYC, freakin' Columbus?

No it isn’t lol you can’t just place a player on LTIR for the remainder of his career if he says he’s fine to play

When he colapses on the ice or bench as one of the sudden death syndrome victims that narative will change in talking circles.

If he’s ill then why is he playing? Take time off to get healthy
There are people with lasting issues. There are people that had it and then compounding effects the more times they got it. Some people have never fully recovered respiratory or cardiovascular health/capacity. Some, but not all

No it isn’t lol you can’t just place a player on LTIR for the remainder of his career if he says he’s fine to play
Not only that, but the NHL forces players to see their doctors each summer to verify the injury for ltir. Shea Weber has essentially been retired for years and even this summer he was forced to travel to NHL doctors to be checked and verified eligible that he can no longer play.

The thing with KAM…. I want to see him without Housley and our current Chinese fire drill coverage. Please just put him back with Fox

Still think he’s a top4LHD for the next decade+. Hasn’t peaked yet and has a lot of potential

Our left side is so bad. Unless it’s a player like MacTavish coming our way, I hold on to KAM
Ducks have some much d depth that they would have no use for Miller now. Trouba made sense bc he's a vet and has bite that their young kids lack. If there were a way to deal chytil for mactavish I would be all over that but likely not happening. Verbeek loves mactavish

All kidding aside Vegas might be a good fit for Mika and his hobbies. Vegas likes making bold moves. William Karlsson makes 5.9, maybe him and another piece to even the cap hits out. Mika can be one of the guys in Vegas instead of THE guy, less pressure. Rangers get a checking line center back.
They LOVE karlsson. Don't think he would be the guy. With Mika it would depend if Vegas wants hertl on the wing. Stone to IR and Mika to Vegas would be hilarious

How do we fast-forward to the part of the season when the garden fans throw faeces onto the garden ice? Making it rain on all the players.
