Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I bet y’all we move Zib and retain no more than 1M, if anything and people will end up being surprised. I’m not saying we’ll get a good return, but even though the term is longer, I imagine it will be similar to the Trouba deal. Full pop for a negligible return. Never be surprised when NHL GMs are willing to gamble on a player needing a change to think they can get a 1C/high end 2C for a similar return to Vaakanainen and a 4th. If reports he’s willing to waive are true, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s moved more easily than people expect. Some GM will think that he’s still a point per game play driver who just needs a shakeup and take a shot on a low cost of acquisition. Almost guarantee.

I don't believe that we will have to take nothing back for Zibanejad, honestly I think teams will look at him as a guy who needs a fresh start and it's a gamble but if a team believes that then it comes down to where can you find a 1b center in this league for a reasonable trade price. Think of teams without a shooter on the pp, bad pk, etc. A team like Anaheim, San Jose maybe where they are trying to gain some traction to move their rebuilds ahead. Having said that, I want a new GM, the fact we gave away Kakko for less skilled unsigned trouba is proof this guy is over his head.

I believe when he waives -- ? is where -- he is moveable enuf at max retained, 8.5 -> 4.25.
He should be super doable in trade if a 3rd team [ANA?] retains, cost of which, using the Marleau standard is x for 1 yr per of unused or diminished service, X being dependent on how much further retained -> how much Zib gets paid.
In this instance, I believe that is a rate of 4 5ths for the remaining seasons and something less for this year = half season.
A bargain if it gets him off this team.

I think many of you are looking at things through the lens of wishful thinking. There isn't a team or front office around the league that does not scout and evaluate intensively. They see exactly what we see with Zibanajad. I don't think they say that this is a player that needs a new start. They see a player who has aged prematurely and will likely not improve but will continue to worsen. If I were any other GM I would not gamble on him under any circumstances no matter what the deal was.

Does others also have technical issues with Gotham app? During stream there’s a regular - 4-5 moments during a single period when there’s an interruption for about a second.
Separate issue but for the amount of money they charge for subscription - rev and ff should be an option.
