How is that not tampering?
Probably because it's not management... players from different teams hang out all the time in the off-season with weddings (hello, B Smith), workouts, Da Beauty League, etc. The players have no control over signing them, so I don't think there's any grounds for punishment... but I could be completely wrong.

Aaron judge got in trouble for semi recruiting Machado...how's this any different

How does he feel about playing in front of a home crowd where half of the people don’t know what a puck is?

If he’s game for that, then it’s time to worry.
False.

I'm no Tampa fan but the crowd is damn good, a LOT louder than the Garden (not saying much these days) and fairly knowledgeable.

Not to mention that there are quite a few who are originally from NY. There was a time when the arena would be 3/4-half NYR jerseys but those days are gone.

Acoustics make all the difference in noise level.

When they suck again, those NYR heavy crowds will be back. They couldn’t give away tickets as recently as a few seasons ago.

This is the NHL and not the MLB... I don't follow baseball, so I don't know - just like I said in my initial post. I was giving a possible answer to your question.

Also false.

That fanbase has been growing since they came into the league. Their Stanley Cup helped push them over the top for sure. The NYR jerseys weren't back a few seasons ago (I go to both NYR games in Tampa every year) when we were good and as you claim they couldn't give away tix.

You can still get tickets but the place is always packed with real fans, not BS suits who aren't even paying attention to the game that we get in the Garden.

Stop making me defend them.

They have a passionate & strong fanbase and you're way off base here.

I've been in the Garden when VERY Loud... hasn't happened in a while.

The rumore of Panarin wanting to be a Ranger are already starting and the ‘18-‘19 camps havent even opened.

But I like it. I want this guy. He is a gamebreaker. And will be a great addition to the core we are building

What rumors? Other than the 1 from a few weeks ago, haven't heard anything

I'm not having a hard time believing that we will be a bottom 5 team. I have a very hard time understanding why Boston is at the top and how Ottawa is above us.

Or because they had a pompous, holier than thou attitude that people didn't like. :dunno:

Ya.. That's the reason why a shit ton of posters left

How was Lebron able to basically collude with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh like a year ahead of time to agree to all team up?

Players seem to have no restrictions for discussing where they want to play.

Portzline doubled-down on Panarin to NYR in his recent post on the Athletic.

You guys heard it first on Blueshirts Breakaway during his interview.
