67 pages of guys throwing shit against the wall, and still, not one piece has stuck.

Entertaining reading though...

I get why the Penguins are bringing back Letang & Malkin, but how do they plan to improve the team?
they and their fans and media already think they would have made a run to the cup if it weren't for Jarry being hurt and Trouba's dastardly elbow so they probably don't think they need to improve their team.

Kind of surprised LA hasn't shipped out any of their C prospects. They have so much depth. Makes a ton of sense for us to work a deal with them for Nils.

That series would've been over in 5 if the Rangers didn't get jobbed in Game 1. Acting like Jarry wouldve made a difference after he gave away the Islanders series in 21 is also rich

Maybe this lowers what the Rangers offer for Kane, like when Nash forced his way here.

New 32T podcast. Drury is really concerned about term. They don't want to box themselves in with a long-term contract. Drury makes to have some flexibility. People(other executives) in The NHL keep linking the Rangers to Kadri. The Rangers will talk to him.

Apparently, Florida has a lot going on trying to clear money to re-sign their own free agents. They want to keep Huberdeau and Weegar.

It seems some good teams really like Motte.

How do the Rangers even dream of having the cap room to fit Kadri after the season he just had?

Everybody and their mother knew that Bobrovsky contract was terrible.

Now they're stuck with it. He's immovable

Pittsburgh qualified Kapanen. Not Heinen.

IMO Kadri is a very good 2C 50+pts player.

Paying him for 87pts would be a disaster.... also not many teams can afford that... let alone the good ones

If he comes in at, or around $6.5M... I can see it possibly squeezing in.

Im sure Campbell knows Murray kind of sucks though, no? Dubas needs an actual reliable goalie, which neither of them are but Campbell at least had the possibility of being.
But if you look at the history of Toronto goalies over recent past they haven't exactly put a priority on goalies that don't suck. Even Campbell himself when he came over there was viewed as a shit goalie, everybody here was mocking them for making the trade for Campbell over trading for AG. I just think that if they were going to make a trade for Murray it would have already happened, it just feels like they're waiting until free agency to kind of angle on Campbell to see if he's willing to come back at the Toronto number versus what his agent is asking for
