KAM and Laffy both require waivers. Schneider is our only waiver exempt player.

I dont know... I look at New Jersey and I dont think they need another scoring winger, even though he's a great player.

They need a dependable mule in the back end.

Right now? Yeah. I think they have that guy in the long term in Nemec even if the Devils have been to developing defensemen what the Rangers have been to developing fowards (Luke Hughes isn't that guy.)

Not sure what's happened to Fox in recent weeks, but I'm sure he will snap out of his funk pretty soon. Kane probably slots into 2nd, directly above Panarin. I think the Tarasenko trade lit a fire under his ass since he had to convince the Rangers to go out of their way to fit him.

This is crazy to me. Fox and Zibanejad are clearly the Rangers most important players. Panarin isn't remotely as good an ALL AROUND player as Zib, who is both great offensively and defenively. If you're looking beyond point totals it's:

1a) Zibanejad
1b) Fox




3a-g) Shesty, Panarin, Tro, Chytl, Trouba, Kreider, Kane.

I won't give my order on these seven after Zib and Fox because i don't want to detract from the overall point, which is that Zib is by FAR the Rangers most important forward. He is wildly underrated by this fanbase.

From the report, there’s No extension as part of this. So they still need to work it out.

Does Nemec realize his potential quickly like a McAvoy or Fox?

Still have to assume he'll be 'the guy' if he develops around 23-25 years old.
 
Devils prob gave up close to nothing for Meier. Watch it be like (3) 2nd round picks, some decent prospect that never amounts to much. WHile they get to keep meier for the next 6-7 years to continue to bitch smack us with Hughes because they play the right way, while we get to watch Panarin and friends play pond hockey

They have the cap and will get it done, also since no extension it prob means no 1st or really good prospect is going the other way. I just have a feeling

We keep playing like this i dont know if we will make the playoffs, Those teams below us are climbing! Plenty of time for them to catch us.

Meier and Hughes will bitch smack us in the playoffs.
