Fixed that for you
Stepan for the 7th OA is a horrible trade, why are the Rangers trading their best C who is only 27 for a top 10 draft pick when Lundqvist is still around? You know they're still going to try and compete. They can't just trade Stepan without a replacement for his minutes. Hayes ****ing blows.
Maybe they realize that this core just isn't good enough and it is time to focus on the future.
Try as they might and we'll end up running in circles. Maybe win a playoff series, but won't be serious contenders for a Cup.
Rangers have until July 1 to trade Stepan. I don't know why you all expected him to be gone by 3:00
Arizona wants a culture change really badly.

They'll probably give Doan another 5mil to work on his ranch and yell at people.
'Leadership'.

Laughing at everyone getting excited to see Stepan traded
Regardless, Stepan for 7OA straight up is horrible.

Had they had any defense this past season, they were once again playing in the ECF, that's a "contender" is Washington not a contender? They have an elite goal scorer, they have a #1 center, another 30 G scorer, and more, how come they can't win?
I've never seen a player get away with so much calling out of his own teammates and management to the media like Doan does.
There is something seriously wrong with the Washington Capitals (and Washington sports as a whole) that they haven't gotten over the hump yet.
