this can't happen. Seattle can trade Blackwell to anyone but NYR due to them selecting him from NYR

I am ok with something around Giordano for Strome as a basis, but there needs to be more to it. Seattle needs to retain. Maybe that will happen, who knows.

But I am not too interested in having Blackwell back.
