Really hope Struble can find a way to stay healthy.

It may be that he has too much bulk and not enough core strength. If so, he should cut down on the power lifting and focus on calisthenics and core strength exercises.

With Hutson and Reinbacher likely joining the defense core next year, I don't think they'd want to have 3 rookies on defense next season.

You're stapling him on the roster without even seeing him play one preseason game? Yeah, his potential is nice but are you not on the premature side? I expect him to do down the Barron path of development.

I was way too excited to watch Dallas and Detroit rookies facing each other yesterday, it's about time Habs hockey comes back (didn't get to the point of watching KHL, but got close). This rookie camp should be a great appetizer with interesting players to follow.

But remember, it's only pre-season rookie camp

I can see investing a later round pick on a smallish player but the Mesar pick was a serious stretch for me. Watch Kulich dominate today like he did in Rochester last year. Not sure why Mesar was picked before him.
