What a movie! Stripped the dman and beat the goalie like a rented mule.

Lysell messed up and Similac formula had an empty net as the Bruins had pulled the goalie.

Agreed man he's got good skill but looks invisible out there.

Mesar is trade bait for me. Wish we would have drafted kulich instead - that would have been so good but oh well

Hopefully he looks way better in preseason
Still lots of runway for Mesar. Got to think that when Slaf starts to establish himself Mesar will have a little extra motivation.

Post game take-aways for me

Mailloux was better but still looks lost when they get hemmed in.
McKay looked fantastic
Dufort impressed me aswell
Roy looked better, nice snip and some other silky plays to slow the game down
Mesar NEEDS to be better. Gross
Simoneau again bulldog workhorse
Kidney again too safe, nothing good nothing bad
Miller played great
Struble was meh but first real game in a while, and you could tell he knows his role
Tourigny again, such a pro already. Last year really helped. Wish he wasnt so small
Heinemen not as good as last night but love his speed and he doesnt shy away from contact
L-vowels guy (Cant remember actual last name) played good too

Thought Kidney had a great game. That chance at the end is QMJHL Kidney.
He seemed tentative, like most still to start the game and then you started to see more of what these players can do I thought.

A guy like Demin, who might be an option for 3R didn't really notice him at all and for the type of dman he seems to be that's a good game for him.

The Q players probably look the best overall.

Tourigny definitely the best d today, was good yesterday, I think he sticks with Laval and should be the ppqb for them, or at least the dman that gets time, though may have to play 2nd fiddle to Norlinder

Thanks. Caught a bit of the game.

I feel like Heineman will be a guy who looks better when games are more structured and meaningful. No way I’m going to bias these games over his AHL stint. Not worried about him

For a guy who thinks junior hockey is beneath him, Mesar sure ain't showing us a good argument why so far.
It’s early days still but it’s not looking good. Where there’s bust smoke there’s bust fire.

Best case scenario at this point he goes back to junior without sulking.
