This is definitely possible since the Penguins are better at tanking than the Rangers.

Yes he does.

I think he meant in the defensive zone like that. Because Pionk usually just banks the puck off the boards instead of passing it out (I love Pionk obviously, and hate that he does that).

Then again, good offensive d-men usually have lots of giveaways and turnovers.
