I do semi-understand the hiring...
like with Knoblauch they brought in an assistant who had a promising HC career at lower levels, potentially to groom as a future HC...
but tbh a better role for him would have probably been LHV HC. But guess only wanted an NHL role?

Getting an incredible record tbh. Going to be 300 games as an NHL PP coach at the end of this season... with at best a 14.5% record. When the worst team most years in this climate is around 14.5%.
