Rumor: Rocky Thompson hired as Asst. Coach (Born 8+ Months After The Film Rocky Was Released In 1977)

At this point, I don’t want him coaching anything that I would like to witness at some point.

These people see it as a positive. Fire. Swagger. Physically and mentally tough. Passion. Whatever. Works hard, holds player’s accountable. And so on.

This is really funny to revisit because a bunch of internet dorks with minimal knowledge were able to be completely right one Day 1 that this tumor was hired.

Once again, say it with me: this team will never ever be good when a bunch of amateur internet dorks are better at this than they are.

If our castranos in the peanut gallery had any dignity or integrity left, they would bring these stats up and ask point blank whether we can expect a change anytime soon.

I was thinking about this when the NFL talks about the Eagles O-line coach. He has turned no names into hall of fame players. This team can’t score 5v5 or PP, can’t develop any forward well, and has Torts as the coach. He’s got to go and Torts with him.

Well, that was a blast from the past. Fun to see how the discussion broke down: the pollyannas coming with articles singing his praises, the pessimists with data indicating his weaknesses. Funny how objective data doesn't care how flowery your language is, it's going to paint the same picture every time.

Well, maybe the next minor league plug known for taking punches to the head while balancing on razors will unlock the overabundance of skill on our power play. Anyone know what Frank Bialowas is up to these days?

Dudes parents really went and saw rocky is the theaters, conceived him, 9 months later named him after Mr Balboa, and turned him into a gold medal winner, albeit at sole indigenous tournament who’s name I’m blanking on.
We put a statue up and vaguely pretend Rocky was a real person and Thompsons parents tried to make him a real person.
