He's played MUCH better the past two games. I've definitely been skeptical for a multitude of reasons, but if he can learn to play alongside some talent he will be worth it.

CBJ fan

Just wanted to say as a CBJ and Nash fan I am glad others are appreciating his skill set. He was always a threat on the ice and I can't wait until his shooting % normalizes. The goals will come!

Rick Nash is a swan on ice...Did anyone see Rask fly out of the picture on that deke in the shootout?

PK

Also wanted to add I am glad to hear Nash is getting some PK time. He was always so dangerous with his reach/speed I could never understand why he was taken off the PK. He should add a few more SH goals.

He has played very little PK since Powe came aboard.

Nash probably could help us with more sh goals, but I think its better to leave him off the PK, we have many who are capable of that.

My bad, must have misread a post saying he was on the PK more. I hope for NYR sake he gets more time as the opposing team is thinking twice when he is patrolling the perimeter.

He had an extremely up and down game today (in the sense that the good things were really good, but the bad things were really bad). Beautiful setup to Hags, great shootout goal, ill-timed penalty (although, to be fair, Lucic got away with a hit from behind, and I did defend him when it happened), the play on the 2nd Bruins goal.

Overall, it's been a LOT more good with Nash than bad. He has his gaffes, but for the most part, he's the best player on the ice.

an up and down game? all you mentioned for the "down" was an ill timed penalty which was reaction from a hit from behind where his head got drilled into the boards. meanwhile he had an assist which was incredible, almost scored another goal hitting off the post after another incredible move, and then he scored the first goal in the shootout.
