Amazing eh? Just utilize the D to its strengths and get them engaged and sharp on games that way. using their O skills is how to get them activated more than just in transition, but mentally involved. Quickens their minds and bodies.

Comparison would be Olines in football love run blocking and its a drag pass blocking. Happy D or happy lineman means happy team.
