I tried getting the Arabian horse in the snow mountains. I would of had it first try too but this stupid guide I watched said pushing left stick in direction it's bucking instead of push in left stick and move it in direction. I got bucked off. I set up camp there for a few days and never saw it again. I killed some wolves where I think it spawns and after days of sleeping the bodies were still there and never disappeared. Going to go back when I finally hit Chapter 3. I did get the legendary white bison and got the hat now so it wasn't a complete waste.

I got my horse yesterday and she's glorious. So damn fast.

Did anyone kill the legendary bear in that mission? I had an oh **** moment

when I tried to kill the beast right after Hosea left and the bear jumped and mauled me, I stabbed at his face, and then finally shot him off of my body killing it. Incredible moment, I felt like DiCaprio.

I haven't done any legendary animals yet, but holy **** it is scary when you're in the mountains during night and a pack of wolves come out of nowhere at you and you're on a horse that you love. I now ride with double shotgun out throughout my journeys around Strawberry or in The Grizzlies.

Was it the Poly guide you were following? Because that one sucked, just constantly push back between left and right on the control stick as that's how I got it after my third try. It's totally worth it compared to the Tennessee horse I had previously, I get across the land to missions in like 25% reduced time.

That's the one I lost, like 5 times the power of the cattle revolver you get at the start of the game. If it's truly lost, any way I can rob them again?

I think Arthur Morgan is the most likeable character I've ever seen in a video game. The writing for this game is absolutely stellar.

I just held down on L3 (PS4). Got it first time. I didn't move it left or right.

Also it has the same stats as the Special/Ultimate Edition horse.

They weren’t in camp for me but after I did Johns mission abagail and jack turned up. I was convinced it happened to me because everyone was talking about a kid so looked all around the camp and there wa no kid. But John turned up I did his thing and then the others turned up

Me too. I'm pretty sure I did Uncle's missions first. Had no sign of John, Jack, etc. Was towards the end chapter 2, then suddenly they were all there.

I don't recall seeing Jack, Abigail, or Sadie before their missions popped near the end of the chapter for me.

John was definitely in the camp from the start, though, for whatever that's worth.

I thought I had missed out on the fishing mission but I got it last night after doing a mission for John. I honestly have not seen this Uncle mission yet though..... reverse glitch lol?

When I get a chance to play again I'm going to sleep one off and see if the characters show back up.

I already know with my luck they'll come out with a patch right after I get to chapter 2 for a 2nd time.

Wow, definitely take a few minutes to obtain the Arabian horse after you deal with Flaco. Saves so much travel time.

I think that is what happened to my first horse. I was fighting the famous gun slinger on the top of the train, got to Saint Denis got off the train, called for my horse and had a pop up saying it was dead lol.

John was there prior to Uncle's mussion. I went back for the first time and no John, Jack, Sadie or Abigail.

I didn’t even know there was a character named John until i heard there is a glitch with John, later in chapter 2 johns mission popped up

I didn’t hunt for John because I didn’t even know he was a character
