I'm not very high on But. From the little I've seen of him his shot isn't that spectacular, and for as big as he is the guy doesn't work his way to the interior enough. Good skater and great stickhandler though.

His skill is very high, and you can see the athleticism on display. I just don't know if the smarts are there. He could be a Rantanen, or he could be a Mantha (less work ethic related and more IQ issues). Or he could just outright bust.

I don't mind But, there's a lot to like, but wow 9/9 on compete? I guess I didn't really see that. What I saw was a big guy who gave a consistent effort with very good tools overall (especially his playmaking in flashes imo) but usually failed to leverage his size and you always wish he'd do more with his profile. But big guys can take longer to fully understand their potential so I'd completely understand a bet on him in the top 15 and why some might be higher on him. A big dude with his athleticism obviously has a lot of upside and is the type of players you usually only get in the draft (Honzek too for that matter, I just saw more with him from my own viewings).
