It's not natural evolution, but the evolution of the sociopathic trait of commodifying everything, replacing intrisic human values for life and pro-sociality with materialistic wants and needs and the ego drive for acceptance, recognition and self-worth.

These traits are not adaptive and contrarily to being evolutive in the sense of progression towards balance and stability, they are counter-evolutive, creating more and more imbalance as we progess towards a world where most will be driven by social status competition, slowly eradicating movements and ideas ment to stabilize our societies, because most energies will slowly be drawn away because of a lack of priority.

It should go to hockey related revenue and the players should get 50% of it. It will help raise the cap.

It’s diabolical.

He can’t be getting more than 10m a year for it, meanwhile Molson allowed Bergevin to burn tens of millions of garbage players and massive commitments to the likes of Alzner and Gallagher. It’s disappointing how this all falls apart. A little here a little there.
