False dichotomy. Every other team this summer got their young stars signed by now, all of which have been solid contracts fair for both parties.

These bad faith arguments get old quick.
You can be annoyed. But honestly, until they miss games, it's meaningless. And between this post and now, Raymond signed at 8x8.075.

Raymond's contract actually seemed like the thornier one, so I'm even more confident they're both taken care of.

When's the last time you negotiated a $64 million contract?

Last Wednesday.

But that was a dream, and then I woke up! Really wasn't that hard of negotiations I have to say.

It would be nice to get rid of Copp, or Holl's contract and give Seider his long term bag.

Seider will get 8 years without either of those 2 meaning anything to the deal.

I haven’t, but I’ve also never filmed a movie either yet I’m permitted to go to the movies and say I didn’t like what I just saw.
Those two things aren’t analogous.

A hockey game is the movie. You’re complaining about how long it took for CAA and Paramount to negotiate Tom Cruise’s deal.
