The fans would cheer for Roman in the Mania Main Event if he was a surprise return for the LAST Mania. Now that he's back and fully healthy it's open season to hate him and his booking again.

Seems like they're turning Seth into the new Roman, giving him opportunity after opportunity to be "the guy".

He had no business winning last night but, there he was again, overcoming the odds to get his rematch against Brock.

At least they went through with the actual battle royal to earn the shot, instead of Rollins just invoking the rematch clause. Gives the viewer at least a glimmer of hope that it'd be someone else being handed that gift-wrapped main event spot.

To be fair it probably had to be Rollins and realistically it's probably being done to write him out of the main event or....well..no. Probably to remove him from the title picture for a bit at least.

Remove him from the title picture, by giving him a title match at SummerSlam? He couldn't be more in the title picture if he tried.

If you mean he gets squashed by Lesnar and then drops back down to midcard, then yeah I'd be fine with that.

You don’t actually think people will be cheering for Roman if he’s in wrestle mania main event again right.

That would be what? 5years straight; I mean I’m glad he’s healthy and all by roman reigns the wwe character will get booed heavily if it’s the same main event
4 out of 5, yeah

They always have to give the guy that loses his title to a cash-in a rematch before transitioning him away from the title picture.

He'll be out of the title picture by losing to Brock and then just being another upper card/main event guy.

Then he'll have a great 7 months of in ring work and everybody will be demanding the title be put back on him. Then he'll be shit on again. Rinse. Repeat.

If they struck the iron while it was hot with Seth then maybe his reactions wouldn't have died or not died so quickly. The same for Braun. They get moments in time where they can catch fire with something and they just miss the boat.

Braun is over again. If he won the battle royal last night it would have been great.

The crowd wanted 5 other wrestlers ahead of Seth to win, maybe 6. It’s crazy.

I agree he's over but he's not as hot as he was just prior to the Brock program. If he took the title from Brock when they first started interacting then they'd have something they can make money off of. Right now, even if he is over and did get to go over on Brock, it wouldn't have the same reaction. I don't really see anyone now that Kofi and Becky's momentum are pretty much gone that are in that moment of time where a title win can really do wonders for their current run. There are guys like Cesaro and Big E with the right prep work that can do that. Bray too. But nobody is positioned quite there right now.

I honestly think if they ended the funhouse last week and Bray made his return last night and laid out Seth to close the show and stared down Brock, it would have been sick.

Brock/Rollins/Wyatt at SS, Rollins eats the pin, Brock is dominated by Wyatt all match and has to “steal” the pin, Wyatt over Brock at the next PPV and he begins his monster run.

I like this path if he goes through everyone on the roster before getting the shot and building up huge momentum, but it HAS to end up with Wyatt winning the title and either defending it successfully at WM, or winning it at WM after an undefeated run.

Braun was destroyed when they randomly turned him heel last year after Summerslam but he’s kind of getting super over again. Seth is just dead in the water as is imo.

I am totally ok with both of those programs. Drew needs to be elevated ASAP.
