I don't believe CM Punk is going to stick around in the OG Bloodline. CM Punk makes no sense in this feud. This feels like a smokescreen to set up Rollins joining OG Bloodline.

I think Punk will somehow get sidetracked next week and say he can't be part of the match anymore, and Rollins comes in to replace him. There's more than a week left and I think they deliberately announced CM Punk now to give them time for a swerve.

It makes plenty of sense imo, new bloodline put his 60 YO old friend/mentor through a table

So do you have Seth go full petty and somehow cost them that match at Wargames?

Somehow Seth ends up in that cage (maybe coming up from under the ring Taker style).

Does he get his hands on Punk, Reigns, or both? Reed's presence is the red herring. Ultimately I think this is meant to set-up Rollins vs. Punk at WM.

I think he will still do it, when it is called upon, however one thing we’ve seen is that Paul doesn’t really care if something is predictable if it’s the story being told, so there may not be a shock value to it. It’s yet to hurt him. But there will be a lot more times where people like Bryan Alvarez will get all pissy because people go back and forth perhaps, or act confused because someone didn’t have a clearly defined turn.

They certainly don't mind their characters having a lot more shades of grey now under HHH's creative, making turns not as clearly defined. Apparently that's their plan for Breakker now as IC champ, he'll be a bit of a tweener where he can have babyface mannerisms but still heel tendances.

I'm not a Punk fan and really don't want him in the match... but I will concede, this makes way more sense storyline wise.

I mean, Punk's motivation is pretty obvious. New Bloodline killed his mentor of 20 years.

It’s almost like someone in here said this… hmm…

Ehh doesn't make much sense to me. At least not the way they explain it.

Punk is in it to avenge Heyman, not help the Bloodline. Seth would've only been in it to go after Bronson, not help the Bloodline.

Where it could further things is if Seth goes after Bronson during the match and either accidentally or purposely gets Punk in the process.
