Park has better Norris finishes but Leetch's competition in the 90's was absurd.

Stevens, Coffey, Bourque, Niedermeyer, Pronger, Chelios, MacInnis.

Park "only" had Orr.

It's tough to say. Park would have won multiple Norris trophies if Orr wasn't playing at the same time. I think Leetch had more offensive ability but Park was real tough. Either player is a cornerstone of a cup winning team.
If I had to choose I would say Leetch in today's game.
If it was back in the sixties when I became a fan of hockey I would pick Park.
