The only things worthwhile about tonight for me are memories of Jean, Rod, Vic, our best line ever. Goal- a - game GAG line. Ironic name giving our current level of play. Even with Jean we managed a way to go wrongo when his ankle was broken by a slapper during his best season and our best legit look at a Cup since 1940. My fave player ever. The rafters have good company tonight!

My fave esp this era was Brad Park.
Loved Ratelle, Tkazcuk, Eddie, Gilbert and Villemure from this outstanding group.

Have never forgiven the unnecessary bs by Cat Francis, trading our heroes for Espo and Vadnais. Did it just to show he could break them by breaking them up.

SOB is what kept them from being Rangers for life.
One thing if you eventually have to move on for a profit, to keep growing, developing; it's another to take less on 2 superior talents. Out of ego.

I hope if Francis participates tonight, the boo the **** out of him, and cheer Ratelle and Park till the Garden itself shakes.

So enjoy this night. Cherish the memory.
