Rate Trelivings 2025 Tdl

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Were the votes lost? Too bad because last time I checked I was the only one to vote F and there were 2-3 Ds at most. Well anyway let's see if they can get their shit together to eke out even one series win.

At the time of the trade deadline I said an A. I was pretty excited about both adds.

After Laughton got moved down to 4c, it’s hard to keep that same opinion.

I don’t think we addressed our needs which was 3c/depth scoring, although we did pick up a long term RD.

Because we got Carlo I’ll still give the deadline a B. The Laughton deal doesn’t look good though and we should have went after Granlund and Luke Schenn instead imo.

I gave him a B+ because we didn't get a scorer for the second line. I still like the Carlo trade, but the criticisms of him being a big guy who doesn't use his size seems to be true. The Laughton trade has turned out to be a fleecing for the Flyers. I just don't see what this guy offers and who thought he'd be a good 3C. I'd give him a B- as of today.

I gave the deals a B at the time. I liked the acquisitions and the term but thought we gave up a bit too much to rate them any higher.

Looking back now I'm much less happy about it but really that has more to do with the team's terrible play than disappointment with the new players.
