Considering the extremely heavy weighting EA places on Def. Awareness, it's hard to justify a high OVR for Ehrhoff.

:leafs more realistic line up.
Van Riemsdyk (86) - Bozak (84) - Kessel (89)
Lupul (86) - Kadri (85) - Kulemin (82)
Raymond (82) - Bolland (84) - Clarkson (82/83)
Bodie (77/78) - McClement (80) - Ashton (79/80)

Gunnarsson (83) - Phaneuf (87)
Gardiner (81) - Franson (84)
Rielly (80/81) - Gleason (83)

Bernier (84/85)
Reimer (82)

Notes:
+'s
Bernier gets an obvious jump now being Toronto's 'go-to' goalie and kills it the majority of his games.
Bozak gets a small boost showing he's a critical part of Toronto's top-line success.
Bodie & Ashton both get small boosts due to their 4th line physical presence.
Raymond gets a nice new contract (2-2.5m) and a point boost in his offensive catagories.
Kessel gets a nice boost due to this season and last seasons stats and play. Improvement in physicality and defense. Man can now backcheck lol
Franson gets a nice offensive boost along with a nice new contract.

-'s
Clarkson decreases due to the over hype of this guy, solid 3rd liner or depth 2nd liner.
Kulemin gets a one point decrease. I find this guy doesn't do much at all.
Gleason gets a one point decrease.. he's great but I don't find him much of an offensive threat at all, all defense. (offensive stats are lowered and defensive stats balanced for 83 ovr)

Bozak is already 85, Kessel is 90... their both having career years why would their rating go down? :help:

Sestito (72) - Richardson (78) - Archibald - (68)

Garrison (84) Tanev (85)
Edler (85) Stanton (78)
Diaz (77) Weber (74)

Luongo (86)
Lack (79-80)

I don't think Daniel should be that high or even that close to Henrik. But EA sports is out west about 25 minutes from Vancouver and reputation will probably earn him a high rating. I really hope they realize Tanev is one of the best defensemen on the team and give him a decent rating.

On a side note, my girlfriend's step sister's boyfriend is one of the people that works on the NHL series. And yes, I've expressed disappointment regarding the game to him.

Michalek, Spezza both take steps down after disappointing seasons. Turris gets a nice bump up as he has been our best player for the past 82 games (incl. playoffs and last season) easily. Karlsson hits the 90 he deserves, and Zibanejad gets a noticeable bump to 83.

Anderson down 1, Lehner up 1.

Phillips takes a big hit as he does not deserve an 84 rating whatsoever.

I don't know, I feel like these are pretty fair ratings.

So much this. Honestly though, Vlasic @ 87 and Braun @ 85, Stuart should be lower, so should TK, Torres should be a bit higher, and Havlat would be @ 80 instead of 84

I see Markov going down 1 or 2. Patches up 1. Gallagher up 2. Gal and Eller up 2. But other than that about right.

For the Canucks:

Daniel Sedin 87 - Henrik Sedin 88 - Alex Burrows 83
Chris Higgins 84 - Ryan Kesler 87 - Zack Kassian 83
Brad Richardson 77 - Mike Santorelli 80 - Jannik Hansen 80
David Booth 78 - Jordan Schroeder - 78 - Tom Sestito - 71

Dan Hamhuis 88 - Chris Tanev 84
Jason Garrison 84 - Kevin Bieksa 83
Alex Edler 84 - Ryan Stanton 92

Roberto Luongo 87
Eddie Lack 80

Realistically, I'd put Stanton at a 77, but he's finally going to get EA to put my last name under play-by-play, so he's my favourite player ever. Edler could return to his 2011-2012 form, or even something close at any time, which would probably put him at a 87 for me.

No offense, but unless you're actually thinking about which individual attributes you'd change, it's kind of irrelevant just posting an overall. The overall isn't as big of a deal now that they've finally focused more on individual stats.
