Dude...I agree with you. :laugh:

This game was painful, but a series is not lost until you lost at home. These are two elite home teams. I think the Rangers really feed off the energy of the home crowd.

If anything, I think the team looked better in Boston than they have in Washington. They need to settle the D down at home, and go into game five with hopefully a tied series.

Bruins aren't that much better, if at all. They got a few breaks with deflections and bounces. Plus, Hank let in the third goal which was the backbreaker. Rangers were absolutely DOMINATING the game up to that point.

Don't understand what happened to the forecheck after Boston went up 3-2.
 
**** happens. I have more faith in this team going down o-2 right now than when they went down 0-2 vs. the Caps. In the Caps series, they looked a lot worse. Hopefully crowd at MSG turns them around.

Grats on the win, btw. I really with the worlds were held one month later so more NHLers can get in on it. Such a great tourney.

This team is a shame and full of cowards, u have to fight and set a sign for the next game, this are the playoffs!!!
 
Lots of chances in the 2nd, seemed like they had lots of possession, shame Stepan hit the post there at 2-2.
 
There's plenty of blame to go around. Lundqvist, Girardi, Del Zotto, team defense in general, the PP. Pretty much anyone not named Cally or Nash.

Forecheck was nonexistent, and once again our team let the Bruins young defensemen off the hook. No screens in front of Rask, yet our defensemen allow the Bruins to do whatever the hell they want in front of Hank. The Rangers usually match up well with the Bruins, but we lost so much toughness and physicality up and down the lineup since last year. Rangers have to play a lot tougher and smarter if they want make this a series.

Rangers and Bruins are a GREAT matchup.... How many 1-0. 2-0 games have these two teams played?

Rangers just played soft, unfocused hockey today. They made the Bruins look good.
 
Can't get mad at Lundqvist for that, he was absolutely abused by the Del Zotto-Girardi pairing. Why Clownorella puts them together is beyond me.

Offense looked good today and Rask had to make quality saves. Series is far from over.
