Pretty difficult to be like the 4th best LHD on a team with 1 LHD.
Honestly, dude, to be blunt about it, no. It's not worth a response. It's tired, non-sensical bullshit.
If you want to be a sheep, be a sheep. "Oh it's a hockey GM, he must be infallible". You can go die on that hill. Tell me if there has never been a good hockey player that was good in "muh locker room". Wanted awful players because they're doing something actually good players can do is what's nonsensical. But continue living in the 90s.
He plays with a lot of pace![]()
"We needed this type of player now that Staalsy left. Jack brings an awful lot of experience to our group. He has great leadership qualities and he is going to be a great example for our young players the way he carries himself on and off the ice. Jack has an awful lot of swagger and is going to be big piece in our pk and powerplay. He is a heck of a hockey player."

I can't tell another cliche that's worse than "good locker room guy". A completely meaningless phrase that people in hockey use to rationalize playing awful players.

Love the whole "Oh NoEs QuiNN wilL DefInitEly plAy thE veTeraN" panic when... arguably the franchise's greatest player just signed with a rival because he played a rookie over him.
