Maybe away from the puck he makes mistakes I don't notice. Cause when he has the puck his decisions are spot on and executes well. You hardly never see him turn it over.I love Schneider as much as the next guy and think he's the real deal and will be on our blueline for years to come, but calling him mistake free is just looking at him through rose colored glasses. As good as he's been, he still makes a decent amount of rookie mistakes, which is fine because he's still so young and learning, but he's certainly not mistake free.
And on the recent play of Shesty, he was left hung out to dry in those two losses. We allowed free access to the slot, for many grade A chances. This, after me applauding how well they collapsed, protecting the middle, in the game just prior to their total defensive breakdown. We cleaned it up in Dallas.
