If you use the pay by round option, don't they hold onto resale funds until the end of the round and then use that as a credit for what you owe?

They've never done that before, and now they're not paying out. I don't have time to deal with this crap

I have yet to meet a team owner who will refund monies for tickets when the team doesn't win a championship.

Think about how Caps fans feel right now...

I have no idea what this post means in relation to my post? Can you clarify?

My point was, I can't believe after the garbage that was last season (and now seemingly this season as well), that the Rangers can go and basically try to force you to renew with the threat of penalizing you by holding your playoff tickets hostage.

Of course I wouldn't expect to be refunded for games attended.

Just spoke to a rep. In the playoffs they do payments on the Monday following the game being played. Even though game 4 is obviously guaranteed to take place, in order to not have to do debits/credits for games that do not take place, they now just do all payments on Mondays following the game.

Hopefully that will save you some hassle. I had sold my game 4 as well.

Even if that's true, it still doesn't explain why the payments tab has a "pay by" date that came and went

And my particular missing payment includes a Monday after a played game

Are you guys talking about a missing payment for a ticket sold via ticketexchange for round 1?

Getting hit with these season invoice (12.5%) while also paying for the playoffs is great. Couldn't they have started the RS invoice a little later?

Just got an email to "Save a Place at Rangerstown" for 2017-18 season.

$250 per seat non-refundable deposit up to 4 seats max.

Perhaps renewal rate is not as high as what our Reps had told us (or what MSG told them to tell us..lol)

(Timing is sort of curious too with team being down 2-0)

Im telling you MSG Armageddon is coming...there will be a mass exodus of STH's very soon..these prices are not realistic

All for one pass offers from rangers for tomorrow

$149 upper
$225 lower

I might actually go if the price drops enough. I can't imagine what Game 4 will be like if they drop Game 3. Under $100?

Just really happy I didn't renew at the moment. I can't believe they wanted money for next year with how they have played the last two seasons.

You mean having over 100 points, making the playoffs and getting to the second round this year (only 8 teams get to this round btw).

and those "participation trophies" justify the price increases??

I sold game 4 of the Canadiens series on Monday April 10th and received payment on Thursday April 13th.

Sadly people have been saying the same thing since 2008 and yet, MSG has not had any issues selling tickets.

The arena is too small in consider the city have 12 million population similar size as London, and that much is obvious and the ice is questionable there. They should build a new arena in my opinion.
Almost any soccer arena in London, except the old White Heart lane and Tottenham - u seldom see arenas less than 40.000 seats. :)

Emirates Stadium - Aresenal.
Capasity 60.432 - it cost much less for tickets due to capasity, and that`s the main issues in New York in MSG concerning ticket prices.

In Ottawa I think ticket prices were (40-50$) and they still did not sell out, but it`s a small town in comparion to New York in population.

I'm not going to get into a bickering match over this. The Rangers were not good last year and nearly got swept out of the first round.

They were better this year but got lucky with their playoff draw and came in 4th in their own division. You're telling me that justifies how much they raised prices and the way they did it is OK (making people pay for next seasons tickets or your playoff tickets/discounts go bye)?

This team is treating their season tickets holders like cattle instead of clients. We've gone over this time and time again. I can't imagine someone who disagrees. Even if you're still a holder, look at what other teams offer for their season ticket holders and then come back and tell me you're happy with the "perks" you get as a Rangers fan.

Hell, look at the knicks. They have literally the same ownership and play in the same building and they treat their fans significantly better than the Rangers.

Be warned that the Rangers have altered how they issue barcodes. It used to be that when you printed a PDF it was the same barcode as on your hard ticket and as your mobile QR code. Now every time you simply view in Mobile, all previous barcodes are voided. Every time you print PDF, it's a new barcode and all previous barcodes are voided.

So if you deliver a PDF on StubHub and for some reason later view that ticket on your phone with the QR code, the buyer will get denied at the gate and you will be on the hook for a bad sale.

Can only guess why they did this, but have to assume it's to steer people to ticketexchange

****!! I sold a ticket earlier on Stubhub and pulled up the QR for myself for the remaining ticket to add to my apple wallet. This is ****ing BS if this is true.

It's definitely true for the PDF printing, try it yourself you'll get a different barcode every time, before in the season it was always the same barcode. For the QR code, I haven't tested it extensively but I did see a different barcode - I will PM you detail

Thank you Rangers for continually enhancing our "membership" experience.

JR like I PM'd you I did see an example of that happening but haven't verified if it happens in all cases.

To verify, take the barcode from your sold PDF and put in into the ticketsnow resale page (http://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/new-york-rangers-tickets/) and click verify like you were going to sell it. If it goes through you are good to go

Lowest price right now on Ticketmaster is $150 (resale) & Stubhub $155.

Was $240 before Game 2.

1,150 tickets left on Stubhub. That's quite a bit for the morning of. Can see a race to the bottom starting around 12.

I think the floor is around 130ish, supply will disappear fast when sellers drop their pants and prices will go back up. 1150 is a lot for a regular season game but playoffs the demand will be there. Prices were too high so nothing moved, buyers have been sitting on the sidelines waiting

Just verified the barcodes that had been printed earlier today and then looked at the QR code on mobile, and they were listed as OK (green check mark) in Ticketsnow/Ticketmaster site. So I shouldn't have a problem with my single ticket sale on Stubhub.
