Here's how I figure the minutes will be distributed with McIlrath in.

Dalton Prout and Jared Boll both on the Jackets...and of course Dubi! Don't be surprised if Tomorrow's game gets a little spirited! Prout just beat Lucic recently in a tussle. Prout also went with Haley in Hartford. That one was a draw.

So happy for Big Mac. Hope he makes the most out of the opportunity and sticks around for a while.
Boll hasn't played in a while. Don't know if he's hurt or been scratched.

Eager to see how McIlrath plays at the NHL level, but I hope he can hold his own defensively, because he won't be getting much help with the way our defense has played lately.

Hey, his got Stanley Cup rings so I think he knows a bit about winning...

in an era that is so different from today's game. their is a reason Sather has not won in the modern era of the NHL. :help:

Glad he got a call-up. He deserves it. I am, however, worried about him bearing the onus of the team's lack of physicality. He has the potential to be a physical force, but asking him to remedy the lack of grit this team has shown is a potentially overwhelming task.

Keep it simple. Play the body. Show he can play a steady ~12 minutes a night. That's all I'm really hoping for right now.

I agree. Everything about this team screams that they need a policeman. Oh, and heres your call-up, kid.

Get out there, play defense, and try to play mistake-free hockey.

Perfect time to get my boy McGrattan let him show Dylan the ropes and take the pressure off him to fight everyone...A lineup with McGrattan,Dorsett and McIlrath is the attitude adjustment this team needs...

Hopefully lack of toughness becomes less of an issue.

This kid seems to know his business...

Oh my god tomorrow's GDT is going to be absolutely epic.

Here's comes the answer to all the Rangers' woes!

I hope the kid has a good game, but people are already setting the bar way above realistic.

Go watch cartoons or whatever...Not one person said he's a savior it's a step in the right direction...That is all

Sorf, pls

I don't watch cartoons I am xbox video nerd.

The only reason this is a step in the right direction is because the kid needs to make this team after having a #10 overall pick used on him. I'll just be happy if he doesn't get undressed or get hurt.

Can't wait to read the comments when he doesn't fight or level anyone, and gets burnt.

What's the line on how many times Tarasenko will be mentioned?
