No. As of now, only 3 players on an ELC will not be playing either in New York, Hartford of Jacksonville:

- Karl Henriksson (Not AHL/ECHL eligible due to transfer agreement exemption)
- Brennan Othmann and Will Cuylle (Not AHL/ECHL eligible due to CHL exemption)
Is he just not talented? I had the sense a while ago that he had a chance. But maybe that was just the bloodlines thing.

Ragnarsson in 2019 left Almtuna and joined Rögle but never really took that next step, was loaned to Timrå back in Allsvenskan, and later sold to them, and now is back with Almtuna.

It was telling with Ragnarsson that he played for Timrå on their third pair when they won promotion to SHL, and then they chose not to make an attempt to keep him. And then he had to go back to Allsvenskan. That seems to be his level.

Chmelař with no points and -1 in his team's 5-4 win. Not a great start to his year with just a point in six games. He's in the Finnish U20 which isn't that strong.

Tärnström had an assist, has cooled off a bit.

I missed it but Brody Lamb had two assists in the opener Thursday and a goal Friday.
But the experts told us his successes were only due to diminishing strength of MN HS hockey ...

Wait, who said this? I do think there's always some hesitation that's warranted when you see these gaudy high school numbers, but it's not like we used a first round pick on him. He was a 4th round pick that's still very young for this draft class. A near PPG season would be fantastic for him in the USHL

There was a whole dialog, somewhere here at HFB, about how MN HS had weakened due to so many kids going USHL, NAHL and even CHL, and that stats there didn't mean what they used to.
Sorry I dont have source

First USCHO poll came out and had Michigan (Ciccolini) third, Providence (Berard) 12th, and Cornell (Kempf) 15th. Northeastern (Hughes) received the most votes of any team outside the top-20.

EDIT: In the USA Today poll, Michigan was second, and then Cornell and Providence were 13th and 14th. It's a top-15 but Northeastern would have been 19th based on votes received.
