Pssh. Act like you've been there before. I like it.![]()
To be honest, I think that is the dumbest thing ever. Players should be happy when they score. Celebrating is part of sport.

I don't have a problem with it at all (as long as it's not taunting). Hence the smiley face.To be honest, I think that is the dumbest thing ever. Players should be happy when they score. Celebrating is part of sport.

(Though, by the same token, if a guy doesn't feel like doing cartwheels, that's his prerogative as well.)
Just loved the way he "leaned into" that shot. Gonna be master of the obvious here......his timing was perfect even tgpugh it wasnt put into perfect position.Im trying real hard to not get somewhat hyped for this kid and i'm failing
Great for Barron. Really emerging this year as a very good prospect.

Barron and Hughes are my two favorite under-the-radar prospects in the system. Joey Keane is no longer under the radar.
I want to like Hughes, but until he shows something at the NCAA level I just can't get excited. I mean, he's a very interesting prospect and I know some evaluators were high on him at the draft, but the BCHL is such a mediocre development spot, I just don't know what he can actually do.Barron and Hughes are my two favorite under-the-radar prospects in the system. If it were me I know I’d celebrate every goal as if it were my last and I enjoy seeing the excitement and enthusiasm from most guys, but it is refreshing when a guy on your team scores with little reaction like Hayes has done more recently. Keeps a dead pan look, fist-pumps and back-smacks his linemates telling them good job, nice pass etc., then back to work. Love it.To be honest, I think that is the dumbest thing ever. Ahhh, it all makes sense. Just like Sather was trying to recreate that Team US WJC gold medal team, Gorton is trying to recreate that iconic Nashville championship core with their kids....Something I realized today (Don't ask me why):
Did you know the fathers of Simon Kjellberg, Ty Ronning, Vladislav Namestnikov and Lias Andersson all played for the Nashville Predators in the 1999-2000 season?

Weird that Barron is on 2LW when he's been scoring consistently
Hes playing in the bchl rn, lets see how he does next year in his first year at northeasternPeople are sleeping on Riley Hughes. Seen him a bunch lately. What a nice player. Very skilled. I expect him to hit the ground running in college.
