I think most of the non-Lafreniere voters are voting that way because they don't really care about the criteria and think he's not a prospect. Although I know at least one of them thinks Kravtsov is better, period.

He's not. Barron is arguably 4.You can basically use the percentages to hash out the tiers, though.
If Lafreniere is the #1 with 95% of the vote, he's in a tier by himself. If Othmann is the #6 with 30% of the vote, he's in a tier with a bunch of people and you don't need to get that hung up on who's 6, who's 7 etc
