1. ADA - Offensively and defensively brilliant. I don’t see how he’s not top 3 in this game. If you take out the penalty and the goal, he’s still #1 in my opinion.
2. Zibanejad - would be #1 but struggled in the beginning
3. Georgiev - tossup between him, Kreider, and Chytil

Huge win. We have a real chance of going into the break on a 4 game win streak, for the first time this year.

Next two games played at home, with a distinct scheduling advantage. CBJ 3rd game in 4 days, NYI 4th game in 6 days.

Tonight's game was the one we needed.

That was good. That was resilience. We were pretty damned bad in the first period but Georgiev kept us in the game.

We were a lot better after that and also opportunistic. Too many dumb penalties. Nice to see Kreider get the game winner.

Glad that Eberle wasn't really hurt. That hit into the crossbar looked like it had potential to be bad. OTOH if you're going to take a penalty---might as well take a mean one.

Well those last 2 wins were extremely satisfying....just about enough to forget that awful road trip. This goaltender situation is very delicate, gotta get it right.
