We're in. The game today was ugly as ****, but we did it.

That 2nd period + 3rd was some of the worst hockey we played In a long time. Also, Hank had to save our butts in OT. Bu we made it to the dance.

Why wouldn't I be happy the team is in the playoffs? I get to watch my favorite team play for at least another week. Anything to make the off-season of my favorite sport shorter is a positive. Plus I think they can get it together in the playoffs.

We were tremendous in the third period. Shots were like 15-1.

That second period though...that was bad. Rangers were sloppy on defense today, especially with the Canes forechecking like bats out of hell. Staal needs to come back soon...

Ok, I'm a huge pessimist. I also think it's disgusting that we allowed 3 odd man rushes for goals. I also think it's disgusting how terrible their finish was, like they were too nervous. That said, I saw the 2nd half of the game. Missed the first, but the shots were even and we were winning 2-0. I didn't think they played poorly. This was not a Panthers effort where the team couldn't do **** after they fell behind 2-1.
