Yeah but don't you have easy access to Rodenbach and Cantillon?

I have access to a lot of beers here. Belgium is an hour away. But growing up here, I have tried almost everything they have to offer. The micro-brewery scene is new to me. Bluepoint Mosaic IPA gives me goosebumps

What do people think about Glass so far this game? Not as noticeable in my opinion but that fourth line has been great.

Nobody should be really surprised how the Habs are playing. Look at the guys they brought in this season.

This period will determine the series.

And again, why is Raanta with his gear on, in the ****ing stands? It doesn't make sense

Yeah, things I loved about the US when I visited, been there 3 times now, Seattle once, Freeport twice:

- Being able to buy beer at 7-Eleven at 2 AM
- Ordering a steak at a diner after midnight
- Microbreweries everywhere!!!
- Watching the Rangers at 7 PM instead of 1 AM (Or 4 PM when I was in Seattle haha)

Always nice when you live in a state that allows it. The last 2 states I have lived in only allow beer sales in liquor or Beer stores. Otherwise, late at night, you are stuck paying through the nose buying a sixer at a pub.

I am also an IPA fanatic.

Regarding Stout...I started on Guiness many years ago...but once you get involved in the esoterica of American micro breweries and their takes on Stouts...there is no turning back. Guiness Stout pales in comparison to what alot of our micro breweries put out.

Completely agree. Guinness is good, but nothing like a good micro.

That said, Young's Double Chocolate Stout is incredible.

Look for cigar city jai alai the next time you're in the states. That or deschutes fresh squeeze or Firestone Walker Union Jack. Top notch iPas

Even in Freeport, which isn't that huge (a very small town) there are 7-Eleven shops open 24/7 where I could buy beers. It was just amazing.
