That is the worst thing for us....the absolute worst....a French reff comes in to a game in montreal and he knows what the critics are thinking...."every call I make that goes the habs way is gonna be scrutinized...I have to make sure this game doesn't look like I helped the habs." and with this its the rangers that get the breaks if anyone is going to get them....same as the Olympics and Canadians reffing Canadian games....hate it....****ing hate it.

I always got this feeling from Dave Jackson. He's from Quebec, and it always seemed like he overcompensated for that perceived bias that comes with officiating the hometown team.
