So a couple of years a go a friend of mine who is a huge Islander fan put me on the Islander list, about 4-5 times a year I get calls offering season tickets and "big game" tickets. I always reject and tell them I was put on the list as a joke as I'm a huge Ranger fan. Usually they say they don't care and offer me Ranger-Islander tixs which sometimes I accept (buy) --- well today that joke worked in my favor as I got a call from the Islanders office asking if I received the outdoor game "package" they sent out 2 weeks ago, I told them no but that I was definitely interested. I now have 4 tickets to the game via the Islanders. HAHA. I don't care if I'm in the "Islander section" - This has already crossed out 3 x-mas gifts!

So the Islanders already get more tickets than they have season tickets. ****ing ********.

The demand for the Islander game could change as game approaches.

I think that many of the people in town for the Super Bowl will want to go to that game, but since the teams won't be determined until 10 days prior, you may see prices go up leading right up to the game, especially if the weather is nice.

I think the Devil (weekend, day game) will be the far more attractive game and I'd expect secondary maekt for that to be real strong now through game time.

Had my opportunity today...

No $349 offered.

Best Available --> Main 210 / 2
Main --> Main 210 / 3
Terrace --> 311 / 7
Grandstand --> 418 / 10

There were no "Jim Beam" terrace seats offered.

I didn't check other price points (GS Outfield, Bleachers, Field, etc.)

Cheers!

Did you end up getting anything? I threw back everything from x12 towards the outfield and x27 towards the outfield. I didn't get an low rows in the main level, but lucked out with 4 seats in 422 on the aisle.

My slot opens at 2PM today. Being colorblind, figuring which seats cost what has gotten very frustrating.

My windows opened up about 5 minutes early. I kept logging out and logging back in until it let me purchase seats.

I took the Main level seats. I was never offered anything on the 3rd base side, no matter what I selected.

The tickets are already spoken for, and it's a one-off for me.... I am dead end ice, which is fine. I had no intention of saving $70 to sit three rows from the top of the stadium. No thanks.

Cheers!

The guy that has seats in front of me has 210 also. Looks like that's part of a Rangers block.

Anyone else having trouble at 1:00?

Cant log on

I had to log off internet, then back on, problem solved.

Offering me 210 as well. Decent view?

Seems pretty decent. For the hockey games that obviously puts you at the end of the rink...but there aren't too many great seats to begin with.

What seats did you get?

That's why these games need to be played in Football- Soccer specific stadiums. Waste of a great game at baseball stadiums. Since these games were not going to be played on Jan 1st, no reason why they could not be played a few weeks after the Super Bowl at MetLife stadium.
