GDT: Rangers @ Flyers Pt. II

I can hear the Flyer locker room during this interview...they are celebrating...comeback about to happen...LGR!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Flyers outplayed this god awful team tonight. I hate Philly, but Flyers took advantage of an opportunity, and haven't looked back. It is what it is. Rangers didn't want it as bad as the Flyers.

Might have something to do with a goalie that has a .877 save percentage not counting this game in the last 11 games that the Rangers have played in the playoffs with a one game lead in the series. The Rangers are 0-11 in those games.

A piece of trash this team could use. We are losing this game because he took over.

That said, and I'm a huge Lundqvist advocate, and I don't think he is the reason we are losing (I think our team has been comical defensively, horrid effort) but he needs to have a BIG game in Game 7.

He hasn't played one game where he stood on his head and stole games from Washington like last season.

He's been like Miller. He's been decent. But he needs to be a top-3 goaltending talent for this team to succeed. He needs to steal some games. Otherwise, we will have a first round exit like the Blues.

Oh, and it would help if our elite goal scorer can put a ****ing puck in the net.
 
We haven't finished a series in less than 7 games since 2008 vs. the Devils.

Let's do it tomorrow. Don't think we're coming back here.
 
Top 3 player in franchise history is only outhated by Nash. It's embarrassing that our franchise could hate the best player other than maybe Leetch that we've ever had.

Someone posted the stats in another thread. Lundqvist has a sub-.900 save percentage and the team has a sub 2.00 goals per game. Its awful.
 
Maybe they can interview Girardi about what he drank before the game. Or McD about if he's going to bother trying. Or Hank about why he just fell over on the breakaway. Or Hagelin about what is going on through his skull.
 
Way too much momentum for Philly going into Game 7. Going to be tough to win, and frankly, the lack of a competitive edge and mental toughness will prevent the Rangers from winning tomorrow (among other things). We'll see what happens, but they need a quick turn around here.
