Maybe I'm drinking the rose colored glasses but I think Torts has when Hank sits mapped out way in advance and is sticking to it.

Boycotts are generally more impact-based, as in you get a number of people to do it and it hurts the business, prompting a change.

One guy choosing not to watch the game based on something abstract like in-game stupidity doesn't really qualify as a boycott.
