Kravtsov revenge tour tonight for all you assholes!
He looked average last night- thought that Kakko, Othmann, Rydahl, Sykora & Trivigno all looked better then him. He needs to pick it up and start to show something! Time to put up or shut up!! If he plays like that the rest of the preseason I would take Othmann over him.

I would have liked to see him get another game. Of the young forwards who don't have a spot, I thought he played the best.

Hope he crushes it in a top line role this year.

Damn, that was quick.

Sykora returning to Nitra who have scored only 7 goals in 4 games and look absolutely horrible compared to last season:

I agree that I'd like to see Sykora for another game. Really liked what I saw with him, I'll give a youngster buzzsaw with agitator tendencies a free pass in the preseason for the penalties he took. Comes with the territory and he'll quickly learn to ensure he doesn't go over the line. (even Gerard thought one wasn't a penalty)

I didn't think either of them were.

The f*** nut Islander schmuck held his stick under his armpit for the first one and the 2nd one was really soft.

He was owning the Isles along the walls (Including guys who are going to be starting on D for them and he completely bullied Barzal on one sequence) while also breaking up multiple attempted exits by the Isles. Easy 4th line floor but I really hope the offense comes along a bit because all these skills are also super valuable higher in the lineup.

B's fan coming in peace. In general I'm a fan of hockey and love to see prospect, etc. - curious who on tonight's proposed NYR roster is someone the fan base is excited about?

From the B's side, Merkulov has show some potential and is someone much of the fanbase is looking forward to seeing.

Bobby Trivigno for the Rangers has potential. Gustav Rydahl 28 year old rookie big center 4th line has some wheels and both are getting into 2ed straight game. Really wish Adam Sykora was not sent down earlier today, and was hoping he would play tonight, since Marchand is his hockey idol. on defense Matthew Robinson hope to get into his 1st NHL games this season, Zac Jones, Brady Schneider who got in games last year. Kravtsov gets another look and looked awful and considering this is a legit playoff team a lot of young talent here.

Kravtsov has obviously been a story to follow and should comfortably make the team this year. Cuylle, Trivigno and Rydahl all have intriguing bottom/middle 6 upside but may be on the outside looking in for a roster spot to start the season but all appear to have NHL futures.

I'd say the favorite answer, and at least mine is Matthew Robertson. If he can show something and have a good preseason it's hopeful he can make the jump sooner than later and solidify our 3rd pair. A cost-controlled 3rd pair of Robertson-Schneider would be great for us.

Also excited to watch Cullye would could develop into a nice depth scoring power forward down the road.

Extended looks for Kravtsov, Rydahl, and Trivigno too.

Cuylle and Robertson are their best prospects playing in this game who also have a shot at making the team. Cuylle less so, but hes got a shot. Rydahl isn't a prospect but an UDFA they signed from Sweden (he's 28) and appears to be a late bloomer. Looked pretty good last night and is being given a chance to win a 4th line spot.

Skinner is an interesting name and someone with a possible NHL future. Bobby Trivigno may see NHL time down the line and was one of the bigger NCAA UDFA's in last year's crop.

We're gonna be keeping an eye on Julien Gauthier.
