Then and there
Can hasn't been good, poor touches, can't read how the play is developing. It's excepted from Kroos' part, but Germany doesn't really have a defensive midfield because of Can. Spain has had too many free chances to get a shot off just outside of the area, even by Laporte.

Gundogan has been surprisingly invisible so far, not creating many attacking opportunities. Best repetitive attacking moves have come from wide by the fullbacks Kimmich and Raum.

Shades of free roles by both teams, as at times Morata and Havertz have come all the way back into their own penalty area, and defenders and midfieldders have gone pretty high on the pitch.

Rodri trying to hip drop tackle Musiala. Doesn't he know that's a penalty in the NFL now?

Spain has to fight both their lack of finishing and the refs. Can't believe they called offside on Nico negating us a corner while missing the 5 metre offside on Kimmich earlier.

You can shit on Kai how much you want but the fact is that he’s the only one doing something out there for the germans. Where are Musiala and Sane?

Looked like Copa there for a second.

Well, despite the score and the possession numbers, Spain looked more composed and generally more dangerous.

God you Arsenal fans really gaslit yourselves about Havertz since last year didn't you.
38 starts 18 goals 12 assists.

Hope your country loses.

Also people here would rather twerk for Werner for making spaces for other players yet will shit on Kai who does the same but more.

When Nico is on his game he's good, when he's not he reminds me of skinny Adama Traore. Dribbling and zero end game.

You have a match this big and important and you have guys like Emre Can and Leroy Sane starting. Not to mention Kimmich who is one of the worst players in the entire tournament.

Same old Germany. Outside of one or two players(Musiala and then Wirtz who inexplicably isn’t playing) that are actually young, world class talents.

The rest are just meh. And it’s been like this for a decade now. Just rolling along with the same dull form. Nothing waiting in the pipeline. No hot young wonder kids to turn to(unlike Spain and France and England who are all loaded). With Germany it’s same old Havertz and Sane and Gundogan and EMRE f***ING CAN lolololol

EMBARRASSING!

Their place in the FIFA rankings is well deserved. They have fallen so far in these past 10 years it’s almost unreal.

I will add this Nagglesman has to go. These lineup choices are cringe.
