I saw that. I was wondering what was going on. If the humidity gets too high, the ice gets sticky. That doesn't usually happen at one spot.

Tons of Canadians and Americans living in Seoul. Obviously Russia not far away. USA probably the biggest support just because of how many Americans live two hours away
