It's all the coaches fault. As always. There's no system, they started the backup goalie and they keep on playing the exact same defense pairing that got caved in game after game except maybe against Kazakhstan. Against Slovakia they were so bad, they barely touched the puck outside of their own zone during the 2nd half of the game. Yet, no change was made.

I remember the Swiss had some coaching issues quite often at the WJC. A pity they didn't bring any really respected and experienced coach to their junior team because the players certainly aren't bad.
